Leila Fowler's mother says she hasn't accepted that her daughter is gone, and the fact her killer hasn't been caught is only making it worse.

The 12 year old brother of murdered 8 year old Leila Fowler has been arrested in the stabbing death of his sister. Leila Fowler was murdered and found stabbed to death in her Valley Springs, CA home on April 27, 2013.
